The Story Behind The Design:
This logo is widely known and powerful. It shows black pride, solidarity, anti-racism, fight, resiliency, and courage. Tommie Smith and John Carlos come to my mind when I think about the gesture. These athletes showed great amount of courage and fight when they did that on the podium. The raised fist was also used for other very important event in the world but it demonstrated the same message. Unity and Strength is a powerful combination.
